This Gelatin comes from a completely natural and organic source. When you take Gelatin you are taking protein that contains 18 amino acids, including essential and non-essential amino acids including both glycine and proline, which are nutrients which should be part of a balanced diet.

Serving suggestions

Room temperature liquids: Pour one tablespoon into a glass of your favorite juice or drink. Allow to settle for one minute while stirring, then drink immediately.

For Hot liquids: Add one tablespoon to small amount of cold liquid for one minute, then add hot liquid and stir until dissolved.

You can also add to a bowl of hot or cold cereal and mix completely.

WHAT CAN I USE THIS GELATIN FOR?

This is great for making desserts. Basically, anything that needs gelatin to "gel" together then this is the product you are after. You can also add it to thicken soups and sauces

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOVINE AND PORCINE GELATIN? HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR ORANGE TUB?

Porcine gelatin is derived from pig and bovine is derived from cows. Other than that, the two products work in the same way

CAN I USE GELATIN INSTEAD OF COLLAGEN?

Gelatin still contains collagen protein, although less protein, but gelatin is better suited for cooking than collagen.

IS GELATIN GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, gelatin is gluten free

CAN I USE GELATIN POWDER INSTEAD OF GELATIN LEAF OR SHEETS?

Yes, the approximate conversion is 1 Tablespoon of powder is equal to 3 leaves or sheets of gelatin
