Tamburlaine winery is on a 34-hectare site in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region of NSW. Its second property is a 93-hectare vineyard at 870 metres altitude in the Orange wine region of NSW. The Orange vineyard has further integrated biodynamic methods into its organic management system. This property is one of the largest certified organic vineyards in the Southern hemisphere.
This cool climate Orange Sauvignon Blanc is pale in colour with aromas of tropical fruits, passionfruit and gooseberry followed by a fresh palate tasting of citrus and more tropical fruits. It drinks well on its own but try with fresh oysters or steamed mussels.
