This loaf is made using Organic Wheat and Spelt Flour. Our sourdough fermentation process creates a dense, hearty, sustaining and amazingly delicious bite which packs a powerful sourdough punch while our sourdough starter is fermented the old fashioned way, for at least 24 hours. 

If you after an old-fashioned, minimum processed, minimal ingredient 100% Sourdough bread - you just found it !
