Rosita Extra-Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) is the finest cod liver oil you can buy. It is made exclusively from wild cod sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of Norway.
An exclusive cold-process artisan method extracts the oil and preserves the delicate nutrients that are naturally present in wild cod livers. The resultant oil is as pure and authentic as it was for our Nordic ancestors hundreds of years ago.
Rosita Real Foods provides pure, natural and premium Extra-Virgin oils. We do not use any heat, pressure or metal containers or treatment in the Rosita Method, and this is very important. These oils are very delicate and must not be heated, extracted through pressure or exposed to air or metal in the process. The fish and extraction process receive special treatment, with each liver inspected and only the best chosen and placed in a dark, oxygen-free environment. The oil is naturally released when the cod livers are exposed to temperatures slightly higher than the ocean. Great care is taken to monitor this process to ensure the oils retain their freshness and purity.

We therefore cannot guarantee that every bottle you buy from us will be the same as the last, but it will still be abundant in health promoting properties and we can guarantee that it will always be of an exceptional quality.
The vitamin potency and unsaturated condition of raw cod-liver oil differs from season to season, and is also dependent on the age of a fish and character of food available. Rosita Extra-Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) is produced in small batches from wild cod (Gadus morhua) sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of Norway. An exclusive cold-process artisan method extracts the oil and preserves the delicate nutrients that are naturally present in wild cod livers. The resultant oil is as pure and authentic as it was for our Nordic ancestors hundreds of years ago.
Rosita Real Foods™ EVCLO is specially prepared to withstand temperatures through shipment for periods of more than a full month. The bottles are flushed with nitrogen to avoid oxidation, and do not need cold packs or ice during shipping.
Once you receive your oil, it is important to allow the bottle to cool down to fridge temperature (4°C = 39°F) before opening.

- Always keep in dark storage. - Unopened bottles can be stored in a freezer to improve shelf life. - Once opened, keep in fridge (4°C/39°F) and use within 3 months. - May become thick & cloudy when refrigerated or frozen: gently shake before use.

Suggested Serving Size:
Adults: 3 capsules twice daily Children: 3 capsules once daily
Storage:
- Store at room temperature (15°C - 25°C, 58°F - 78°F).* - Do not refrigerate unless necessary.** - Store in a dark place. - Use within 3 years of production date.
*Short fluctuations either side of these temperatures will have minimal impact on capsules.
**Where room temperature frequently or significantly exceeds 25°C / 78°F, capsules may be refrigerated for short periods. As low temperatures can cause condensation, it is recommended that capsules are not kept in the fridge for more than one month. Where there is no evidence of condensation, capsules may still be safe to use after three months in a fridge, however, this is not recommended.
