What do Smidge™ Digestive Enzymes Capsules do?

These little enzyme capsules may help ease common digestive symptoms from tough-to-digest foods, like cramping, bloating, gas and occasional constipation.*

Here's how.

Your body produces enzymes, which break down food into energy in the gut. Think of each of the parts needed for digestion, like the mouth, stomach, pancreas and intestines… each secretes these essential enzymes.

When your body isn't producing enough enzymes (or if they're late to the sweet potato party), your food cannot fully digest. This can lead to myriad health issues like gas, bloating, indigestion, occasional diarrhea and constipation, prolonged intestinal imbalance, dysbiosis, and other more severe inflammatory conditions.

Our enzyme capsules work in your tummy to help properly digest your food before it travels through the rest of your gut.* So your small intestine doesn't get loaded with your entire Paleo cauliflower grilled cheese — and your body can absorb all of those healthy nutrients :)

Dosage:

Our Digestive Enzymes can be used regularly to help with digestive issues or as an occasional supplement for hard-to-digest meals.

Always start with a smidge!  Take one capsule daily with food, Then take two capsules together, as directed by a certified healthcare practitioner. (See "low and slow" note below.)

For children and sensitive adults, a smaller dose may be obtained by pulling apart the capsule and taking a portion of the contents.

Start low and slow: Smidge™ supplements are premium, pure and potent. Therefore, it's critically important to start slowly, with a lower dosage than recommended. For example, a very small dose every other day, or even once a week, until you can determine how the supplement affects your body and what dosage feels right for you.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area, away from direct light.
