Jigsaw MagRelief™ can be used at any time of the day, but it is especially useful when applied after physical activity and/or before bed time.

Each pump of lotion contains 20mg of Magnesium and 25mg of Organic Sulfur (as OptiMSM®). There are 150 pumps per bottle, 1ml per pump.
Each pump is 1ml, and there 150ml’s per bottle. Most people use 2 - 3 pumps per area of application. So if you want to focus on your knees and shoulders, you’ll probably use 4 - 6 pumps per day, which means one bottle will last approximately 3 to 4 weeks if the lotion is applied every day.

It’s theoretically possible, but we do not recommend this. Here’s why: The Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for Magnesium is 420mg per day. Each pump of Jigsaw MagRelief™ contains 20mg of Magnesium. So you would need 21 pumps of MagRelief to reach the RDI.
Instead, we recommend using MagRelief for targeting specific areas of your body, such as legs, feet, knees, neck, shoulders, arms, and/or hands, etc. (Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes.)
We also recommend that you consider using Jigsaw MagSRT® and/or Jigsaw MagSoothe™ to reach the RDI of 420mg.
Yes! In fact, it’s highly recommended because the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for Magnesium is 420mg per day, so you would have to use a minimum of 21 full pumps of MagRelief to reach the RDI. We recommend using MagRelief for targeted areas of your body alongside your daily regime of Jigsaw MagSRT® and Jigsaw MagSoothe™.
