This loaf is made using Organic Whole Rye Flour, an ancient grain that has been used by cultures for thousands of years. Our sourdough fermentation process creates a dense, hearty, sustaining and amazingly delicious bite which packs a powerful sourdough punch while our sourdough starter is fermented the old fashioned way, for at least 24 hours.
