This exquisite, dark red balsamic vinegar is distinguished by its intense, long lasting cherry flavor and its magnificent aroma.

Our cherry balsamic vinegar is especially well suited to leafy salads like rucola or bird salad. It is an excellent ingredient to flavor dark sauces and game dishes as well as to marinate various meats or to accompany red cabbage.

USES FOR ORGANIC CHERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Pödör’s cherry balsamic vinegar can be a unique, premium quality spice of your kitchen!

It goes especially well with leafy salads and fresh fruits, and its intensively sweet and sour flavor harmonizes beautifully with various foods. You can also perk up a drink with the cherry balsamic vinegar. All you need is a few drops into your fruit juice, fruit tea or even your prosecco and sparkling wine, and you are sure to enjoy a splendid flavor. On hot summer days, try putting a little cherry balsamic vinegar into your plain mineral water, too. To quench your thirst, just mix a tablespoonful of cherry balsamic vinegar with 4-5 dl water.

Ingredients: Organic cherry juice concentrate, organic red wine vinegar, organic agave syrup, organic maple syrup, organic honey.

Country of origin: Germany

Storage: The vinegar should be stored in a place protected from light, sealed hermetically. Under these conditions it has a virtually indefinite shelf life.
The sediment at the bottom of the bottle is natural, not a sign of poor quality.

An unfiltered, undiluted fruit vinegar, so shake it before use!
